One setting in the print window, which opens next:
Turn on Background graphics, under More settings.
Firefox calls it Print backgrounds. Without it every colour drops
out and the calendar prints in plain black and white.
In the staff site, under Resident Engagement → Items:
Check the month and calendar you have open here match the export. Nothing is saved — the report is gone when you close the tab.

The PDF goes in Google Drive and the archive holds the link. Nothing appears in the archive until a link is added.
Picking one fills in the calendar and month. Choose Enter manually for anything older.
Describe what you want, then copy the prompt into ChatGPT, Gemini, or any other image generator. Nothing is generated here.
Attach the picture to the image generator itself — ChatGPT, Gemini, or whichever you use. Not here in the calendar builder.
Attached images default to a printer friendly 30% transparency. This can be adjusted freely.
